Microsoft Excel: Fundamentals
This course will provide instruction in spreadsheet fundamentals
in Microsoft Excel. Topics covered in the course include basic spreadsheet
functions, cell formatting, series functions, cell editing, sorting and graphing
capabilities.
Microsoft Excel: Advanced
This course will cover worksheets, advanced functions, fixed and
relative cell references, formatting, and Excel templates. Prior enrollment in
an Excel fundamentals class is suggested but not required.
Microsoft Word � Lists & Mailings & Labels
This course will cover the use of Microsoft Word to manage names,
addresses, and other lists. This information may then be merged into documents
to produce boilerplate letters and mailing labels.
Microsoft Word Intermediate
This course will provide instruction in intermediate level word
processing techniques in Microsoft Word. Participants will learn how to manage
headers and footers, prepare useful documents in outline format, and most
importantly learn to manage the use of table functions in word processing
documents. Prior enrollment in a Microsoft Word class is suggested but not
required.
Microsoft Word Advanced
This course will provide instruction in advanced level word
processing techniques in Microsoft Word. Participants will learn how to manage
character & paragraph styles, text boxes, templates, columns, and other
techniques which are especially useful in the preparation of newsletter
documents. Prior enrollment in a Microsoft Word class is suggested but not
required.
Windows: Tips & Techniques
This course is for the novice to intermediate user who has a
working knowledge of Windows but would like to become more productive and manage
the computer more efficiently. Participants will learn tips on file management,
system setup, editing skills, and specific techniques to improve and enhance
work with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Ample time will be allowed
for your questions as well. Make your computing experiences less stressful and
